“Connecting to Ultimate Team servers is not possible at this moment”

I have contacted ea help line and sat through all their trouble shooting “help” quite literally attempted every effort to try and fix it and nothing has worked. I still get this error code. I have tried for over 2 hours to connect and still the same error message. 
I was able to connect for a brief 2 minutes through a friends co-op invite but once again the message popped up and booted me to the main menu. 
I can’t connect through web app or companion app either. 
Nyone have a fix????
