10 hours trial Ea FC

Question

I purchased Ea Play and preordered EaFC Standard Edition, but still can't download it for the 10 hours of gameplay and it says I'll only be able to download it on the 27th.

I checked the order on PSN and PayPal and it has been fully processed, however, even if I can see the Ea play related discounts in the Ps store, the payment history on my Ea account is empty and the payment of my Ea Play doesn't appear.

Does anyone know if the two things might be related? Or is it just an Ea FC bug?

As far as I know you need to buy the ultimate edition or have EA Play Pro to get the early access. With the normal EA play your 10 hours will be available on the normal release day.

But maybe someone else can confirm this.

Nah, with EA Play you get a 10 hour trial starting on the 22nd September&nbsp;

The whole thing starts on the 22nd. There’s no need for the 10-hour at that point.&nbsp;
