2 Updates So Far & They Still Haven't Fixed The Pause Button Issue

Lots of folk have been complaining about this issue since the game was released and yet here we are with the same problem that shouldn't have been an issue in the first place had EA tested the game properly before releasing it. It seems like it's pot luck whether you're able to make substitutions or not. It's an absolute joke! I just played a match, I  lost 1-0, had I been able to bring on fresh players and change the tactics I could have snatched something from it. Imagine if this happened in real life. The teams are all set for matchday, subs on the bench, match is played and the subs start warming up, the manager decides to make subs and is then told "sorry but you can't bring on subs today, you've got to make do with the players on the field".
