87+ icon pick doesnt count

I started doing 87+ Base/Centurion/Thunderstruck Icon pick 15 minutes before new content was coming out, It's 3 squads, easy to do right?

I then submitted 87+inform squad ( 170k ), i went on other 87 squad to complete and went with buying the players through SBC, like on L1 u know? and everytime i bought a player and error popped up that disconnects me from Ultimate Team, that happened for like 7 8 times... I was in a big hurry to complete SBC before time runs out but no, server problems helped me not to finish and sbc and all the fodder went down the river, nobody from chat support helped me, also 0 pack luck, i had a nice feeling about this icon pick bcs last one was very bad but no, couldnt submit all the squads and it didnt count. 15 minutes is more than anough to complete bigger sbcs than 3 squad ones so its not my fault, its the servers but ok

Im playing this game everyday, grinding , paying to EA for packs that i dont get any promo cards at all and they cannot even help a little...
