94+ ptg/MYM/TOTT/GOTG Héros/FUTTIES T1 & T2 PP

I completed the new player pick (subject is name of pick) on the web app. As I completed it, I went to open it. Once I clicked on it, the game stated that there was a problem, and I ended up reloading the page. After that, the player pick was gone, and no new 94+ special cards were added to my club. I thought it was just a glitch, but even on my ps5, it is marked as completed but with no player pick opened or player in my club. What can I do?
