99 level player in FC24

Hi, Is there any chance to get another 99 level player in FC24UT nowdays? thank you for your answer.

Hello DiveenSypher ,

There won't be any more promos on FC24 as the team is focused on FC25 so it's very unlikely we will see new 99 rated players.

New players for sure, but old ones? Is it still possible to have a level 99 player somehow?

IMHO it won't, but is there a way to be certain of that? Official list, deck composition making, ...
