I have completed FUTTIES Re-Release Batch 1 Player Pick
with Option to get Alexia Putellas but only 92 Rated
As far as i know she is Currently 99 Rated in Game
Again it is FUTTIES SBC
Can i get 99 Rated Card or what?

Yes, yes you can.
I imagine this is done to water down pack weight to make it harder to pack the higher rated players.
her winter wildcard card is in packs atm
