You would need to contact support if you want to appeal the ban which it sounds like you might of already.
In the future just report them and don’t try to get in a back and forth as you will get banned too if you did what you said.
I already contacted support as I said, it`s now about 10 hours ago. I resumed appeal few times. No reaction at all, just information that my ban/suspension is active til 14th of May. Making my case I described everything just like here.

I'm sorry to hear about your experience. As @RadioShaqs mentioned, please refrain from engaging with other players who are displaying toxic behavior and we encourage you to use the reporting features in game.
Regarding the sanction on your account, as you have already submitted an appeal, you will need to wait until the Terms of Service team gets back to you. I'd advise you to keep an eye on your inbox for their reply.
