I'm sorry to hear about your experience. As @RadioShaqs mentioned, please refrain from engaging with other players who are displaying toxic behavior and we encourage you to use the reporting features in game.
Regarding the sanction on your account, as you have already submitted an appeal, you will need to wait until the Terms of Service team gets back to you. I'd advise you to keep an eye on your inbox for their reply.
So I got reply from Terms of Service team. They don`t care about anything I said. This is class. Thank you ea for everything, also for lovely aquafresh (damn yashin SBC and him often met in games).
