I'm sorry to hear about your experience. As @RadioShaqs mentioned, please refrain from engaging with other players who are displaying toxic behavior and we encourage you to use the reporting features in game.
Regarding the sanction on your account, as you have already submitted an appeal, you will need to wait until the Terms of Service team gets back to you. I'd advise you to keep an eye on your inbox for their reply.
Hi @EA_cuervo? So they still didn`t reply. They only said they decline my appeal because they found me guilty. And they said nothing about all I told them about circumstance. I can`t consider it as a reply at all. So how do you think how long I should wait for actual reply?

If the Terms of Service team has provided a reply for the last dispute you sent and informed you of their decision, that's all that can be done at this stage. They read what you write on your dispute and provide an answer, even if they don't address every point in your email, they consider everything that has been said in your dispute. On AHQ we're unable to provide you with further information or review your account ban/suspension status any further.
