Hi @EA_cuervo? So they still didn`t reply. They only said they decline my appeal because they found me guilty. And they said nothing about all I told them about circumstance. I can`t consider it as a reply at all. So how do you think how long I should wait for actual reply?

Community ManagerIf the Terms of Service team has provided a reply for the last dispute you sent and informed you of their decision, that's all that can be done at this stage. They read what you write on your dispute and provide an answer, even if they don't address every point in your email, they consider everything that has been said in your dispute. On AHQ we're unable to provide you with further information or review your account ban/suspension status any further.
