Banned and I don't know why

Hello, I was banned with the reason being "EA Sports FC 24". I don't have a history of being banned. I don't have a mic and there are no logs of me communicating with other players through direct messages. I don't illegally buy coins. The only thing I have done is play the game. I don't even celebrate goals. I'm very confused about this ban. I spent money on FC points which I rarely do to build up my team to finish Champions Finals only to get banned for no reason. I'm very disappointed. Other than a dispute (how long does that take?) is there anything I can do to get this false ban reviewed quickly so I can finish my champs games?

Edit: I see in ban history it says for inappropriate content? I'm not sure what that means as I can't do anything other than play the game. Is this an automated ban? Surely bans are checked? just very confused about this.

I see that I had another email a couple months ago, I was sanctioned for the name "xblackgoosex" that I have had since FIFA 17. I'm guessing this means I was banned by an automated system.
