if I need to redeem the beta code on another account, different from the one where I received the email from EA, is this a problem or can I do that? I can’t use this account at the moment, but I want to be sure I won’t have any sanction for that.

No, the code can't be redeemed on a different EA account than the one it was issued for in order to access the Beta. You'll only be able to redeem this on the EA account granted Beta access.
