Bring back legacy defending in EA FC 24

Question

EA FC 24 isn't looking good for its players who like using legacy defending. I am one of them and believe me, there are a ton of us. The AI defending does very little to help and the second man pressing sees the second presser run into wise directions that make no defensive sense.

In legacy defending, the general issue of poor recovery makes defending so unbearable coupled with lack of standing tackles in legacy defending. Doing to poor recovery, defending players that have commited to one direction takes eons to recover and return back to defending.

Players can turn and run about close to the defenders in the box and there is no reliable and sure way to tackle and challenge them. Legacy defending is dead.

The developers should bring back the legacy defending of fifa 21, 22, and 23. Please!

Make AI runs what it used to be, same with second man run, and defending recovery (as I mention earlier).&nbsp;

@faraway_linkage6 Great comments my friend 👍🏻 My main issue/concern with this game is that, for me at least, my team just sit &amp; stare at my opponent as they dribble past them. I’ve even set my CMs (I play 433(4) formation in game) to ‘Agressive Interceptions’ &amp; ‘Cover Wing’ but they literally just jog round the middle of the pitch basically doing nothing. The defending is hit &amp; miss for me too as some matches (online or SB) I can do a standing tackle, give away a PK &amp; get sent off or, complete opposite, slide tackle my opponent as the last man &amp; get a booking but nothing more?!

Ea told me via email that legacy defending is coming via an update I’m old and I like legacy defending as the game is in my personal opinion is * and ea lie said via update and nothing asked for refund ea say no&nbsp;
