Can i play EAFC 24 on multiple consoles if I purchase it once

Hi! I was wondering if it’s possible to purchase EAFC 24 on my PC and also be able to play it on my Xbox since I prefer playing ultimate team on my PC but I’d rather play with my friends on the Xbox...

I would be perfectly fine with that, but I just want to have hypermotion, which isn't on Nintendo version. So if it could transfer I would be able to use hypermotion
