Can I preorder EA FC Ultimate and benefit secondary account instead of primary?

I have pre ordered on xbox ultimate edition but when i load on fifa 23 it says i have to pre order it again i need help please

This sounds a bit like a different issue here.

I'd recommend checking your Xbox order history and see if the pre-order is showing there for you.

If it doesn't show, get in touch with Microsoft, so they can check your Xbox account for any issues with the transaction.

Hi! I have pretty much the same problem: I pre-ordered EA Sports FC on my girlfriends account but wanted to activate bonuses on my own. Now, when I know it's not possible, I want to cancel this pre-order and buy it again, for my account this time. But there's a catch — I bought the game August 22th and would get UCL Hero. Since it's september already, I won't get it anymore, will I? Is there any chance you could add this one bonus to my new Ultimate Edition pre-order? Thank you!

Unfortunately, it wouldn't be possible to get the rewards then, since they were only able until 22nd August.

It would be the same as mentioned before, you would only get the rewards which are currently available at this point in time.

Hi, I have a similar question. Is there a way to pay for 7 days early access for a secondary account on the ps4. Dont care about the other perks. I have preorderd the ultimate edition on a primary account and it is a bit excessive for me to buy the game again at full price for just 7 days. I have EA play but that only gets me 10 hours early access as I understand it.

If i preorder on one account, and the  download the game on another playstation, can i still play the game a week early??

Would i be able to delete my ea account, make a new one, amd get my pre order bonuses again on the new account, to essentially start fresh but with my pre order bonuses?

Pre-order bonuses cannot be moved to a new account as they are linked to your EA account.
