Can I report or get someone banned for time wasting for 3/4 of the game period?

@meox9214 It's disgraceful when someone does that. Unfortunately you can't report them for it, it's one of the ugly sides of the game that is permitted in the rules of football I'm afraid.
One thing I have done when people timewaste, is let them. Then when they see that I'm not chasing the ball, I look for a mistake and get the ball off them and score. I was 2-0 down in a game earlier and made it 2-2 by capitalising on mistakes they made when they tried to timewaste.
These people will get found out when they come up against really strong opposition. It makes me wonder why they bother playing the game in the first place.
