and, as I suspect, if the reseller is not providing the PS4 version....
What are my options? Purchase the PS4 version as well? That seems ridiculous.
why not, I can't play with my friends now, ps5 players can get ps4 version but pc can't so im stuck on new gen. Also why are they gen separated anyway, no other games have this problem, fortnite has crossplay with everything, so does rocket league, etc etc. Why does fifa always suck

Today i redeemed the EA FC 24 CODE from PS5 Bundle and issue still ON, NO PS4 Version added in library and i asked Playstation Support they told me to ask technical support in working days, does anyone solved the problem here ? - EA_Aljo

You should be able to view FC 24 in the PlayStation store and download it. If you don't see it there, try going to the store in a web browser.
If i have a Xbox Series X and i Download the Xbox one version of FC24, can i play with someone on Playstation 4 who also has the old gen version of the game?

Yes. The Xbox One version can play the PS4 version of FC 24. More details can be found here.
I have the disk for the PS5 version of FC24 and cannot access the old gen version without having to spend an extra 70 pounds. Is this on purpose or am I missing something
