Can some one explain how womens ratings calculated/earned?

I suspect that we are measuring with two different standards here for women vs men's rating or some one has to tell me better. I would like this clarified so we know the game mechanics and what to ex...

They explained it in the ultimate team deep dive. They are rated in kick off then mixed in ultimate team. 

I wouldn’t expect realism though as I would guess Ronaldo will be rated 99 and have every stat maxed by the end of the year. They will also probably have icons and out of position players again too.
