Can't Change Refresh Rate from 60 Hertz On PC

I've tried everything, changed display cables, checked all settings, turned freesync on and off. This is the only game that I cannot change my hertz to my screens maximum of 154 or even 144 and other people are having this problem too. The option is greyed out and it cannot be changed for many people who are playing on PC. I am not going into ini files to edit anything when I have paid nearly $90 for a video game. This is unacceptable. Also, pro clubs in completely broken still. It takes 20 minutes to find a match even though an update came out. How was this not addressed immediately? .
