Career co-op or multiplayer

Hello, I have an idea for the 2 player career mode, my idea is to have competitive matches (like league 1, league A, Bundesliga...) at the same time (what I mean is to have competitive matches on the same day ) and for Champions League matches, National Cup or Copa de Espana, ... we could add the player who does not play in the VIP stands, that way he will watch the match.
