@EA_rephii Why is training such a big part of Career Mode? This is the worst part of the whole mode. They always get skipped by 99% of players.
Some additional cutscenes are great and all but you need to fix things like transfers, injuries, create a club (add sponsors/GK kits would be a start).. in create a club you also need the ability to add whatever players you want onto your team. No one wants to play with a team of generic players.
With transfers as well, you also need to realise that theres only a SMALL PERCENTAGE of English players that move abroad. This needs to be reflected in transfers. I cant believe all of my youngsters i send on loan/try to sell are getting offers from Danish/Swedish clubs. They would get offers from League 1/League 2 clubs
