I am writing this to warn the entire community.
EA Forums Team just marked my previous thread as 'Accepted Solution'. This is a blatant LIE.
- The Reality: I am still getting the 'DisplayName field missing' error. I have been locked out of FC 24 for 15 FULL DAYS.
- The Cover-up: They are marking cases as 'Solved' just to fix their statistics, while the customer is still suffering. Even though EA_Barry admitted a 'misunderstanding' 4 days ago, NO ONE has fixed my account.
- The Fraud: I am officially labeling this behavior as fraudulent. You cannot hide your technical incompetence by clicking a 'Solved' button.
I have already initiated a Chargeback with my bank and I am demanding EA SPORTS FC 26 as compensation for this 15-day harassment.
DO NOT TRUST THE GREEN TICK. My case #23994094 is NOT solved. EA is ignoring paying customers!

This is NOT a solution! EA Forums Team is trying to close the case with fake solutions while I am STILL LOCKED OUT for 15 DAYS. This is a scam. I have NOT accepted any solution because the game still doesn't work. Stop lying to your community! #23994094

This is an update for the community and EA Staff.
The 48-hour final window I gave to EA Support has expired. Today is April 11th, and it has been 12 DAYS since the "DisplayName field missing" error locked me out of the game I paid for.
Even though EA_Barry admitted a 'misunderstanding' in my previous thread, NO TECHNICAL ACTION was taken. I am still locked out.
My actions as of now:
- I have officially started a Chargeback process with my bank for 'Service Not Rendered'.
- Due to this 12-day harassment and incompetence, I am now demanding EA SPORTS FC 26 as compensation to settle this matter.
I gave EA every chance to fix this professionally. They chose to give me copy-paste excuses instead of a technical fix.

"@EA_Barry – Please READ the case before giving a generic response. My account is NOT BANNED. I am not asking for a ban appeal.
I have a technical entitlement error (DisplayName field missing from registry) that has prevented me from accessing FC 24 for 9 FULL DAYS. Your support team has been ignoring me and even told me that 'complaints won't change the outcome'.
This is a technical support failure, not a TOS/Ban issue. Please escalate Case #23994094 to the technical team, not the ban appeals team. Stop wasting my time with wrong directions!"

UNBELIEVABLE! EA Help just told me in an email that 'a formal complaint won’t necessarily change the outcome of my case'. They are literally telling me not to bother complaining while I've been locked out for 9 days. This is predatory behavior. #EAHelp #ConsumerRights #FC24
