I am writing to report two serious issues I have experienced in *EA SPORTS FC 24* on PlayStation 5, specifically during Online Seasons matches.

1. **Cheater Report (PC Player via Crossplay):**
On June 22, 2025, at approximately 01:40 (CET), I played an Online Seasons match against a PC player using the username [REMOVED]. This opponent was clearly using unfair cheats or connection manipulation techniques that caused the game to freeze at key moments. I was unable to pass, shoot, or even move during these spikes. It was an extremely unfair and frustrating match.

2. **Repeated Ping Spikes in Every Match:**
In nearly every match I play, I face **predictable and consistent ping spikes** — usually **three times per half**, at regular intervals. The game temporarily freezes or becomes unresponsive. This issue follows the same time pattern across multiple matches.
I have a high-speed internet connection (12ms ping via wired LAN), and I have already:
- Switched to wired connection
- Used multiple DNS options (Cloudflare, Google DNS, etc.)
- Opened required ports
- Disabled auto-updates and background apps on PS5
Despite all of this, the issue persists. It’s very clear that the problem lies within **EA’s own servers or matchmaking system**.
