Chelsea kit sposnsor and sleeve badge

Chelsea kit needs to be fixed. The main shirt sponsor Infinite Athlete needs to be added and the Premier League badge on the left sleeve.

@drmr992 Since the pandemic, kits are never all correct at launch. They're corrected via title updates during the games life cycle.

    @drmr992 There's no way of knowing until it's done. Also, Nottingham
    Forest never got their sponsor last season...

      Hopefully they will fix the Chelsea kit.
