Fc24 keeps crashing and bugs on PS5 even in offline mode

Hi, my EA FC24 on PS5 keeps crashing even in offline mode. 
I already cleared cache, rebuilt database, reinstalled the game, and tested with a new local profile.

When I use my EA account data, the game crashes. 

This means my EA profile data or cloud save is corrupted. 
Please reset my EA profile data for FC24.
