Controller Issue, I can't play

Question

I can't play. I just bought the game and I can't play with my controller. It is a fake ps4 controller so I use XOutput and AutoWhitelister to be able to use. The controller works wonderfully in every single game besides EA FC 24. With the controller plugged in the game has insane input lag, like INSANE input lag, its impossible to even leave the menu. I tried opening the game without the controller and it works fine with keyboard. Anyone knows how to fix this? I already tried windowed and 30 fps lock.

is there a solution bc we are being punished in-game for quitting due to a lack of control and in objectives? such as Ice and fire and rivals and champions.&nbsp;@EAhelp

@DemonioDosEdus I'm not exactly sure why but this might be because of Steam, even if you are playing from the EA app. Open Task Manager and close Steam completely with it. Then, plug the controller out and back in and then test it out.

For me, the light thing on the controller would usually be white if Steam was affecting the controller, however if the controller was working properly it would be green.
