EA Account suspended for a week
Well i was playing Fc24 this afternoon and encountered a player while playing champions qualifiers, a game which i lost in extra time (120 mins). The player sent me a request and I accepted it like people normally do, i was expecting a text like "good game bro" or something like that but he texted me and called me a noob repeatedly when i asked for a rematch he denied and called me a noob which is why i said some slangs to him after which he still kept texting me so i reported him.
Later at night i came home to my account being suspended for a week which was very shocking to me, a week? Like seriously? 24hrs suspension would've been understanble but a week?
I sent 2 mails request them to unban my account or should i say uplift the suspension while being polite and apologetic but there has been no reponse from them. I also registered a case where it said usual response time 8mins, it has been hours now since that. I have been putting in a lot of hours in fc24 lately and have to complete my daily login sbcs and stuff, even a fc24 companion app isn't working for me, all my hard work in game will go to waste if it takes a week to get me back on.
If anyone from EA is reading this I am truly sorry for my choice of words and i request you to unban my account as soon as possible.

the only way to dispute a ban is by contacting EA Support, who then forward the case to the Terms of Services team. The process of reviewing your account and case can take several days before a decision is made. Please wait for a reply - creating more cases won't make a difference and might actually push your case down in the waiting list on accident. We don't have access to account information here in the forum and cannot help you with this issue.
