EA doesn't care about EAFC pc community
Dear EA,
This year's release is so bad in terms of performance that it actually ruins the game itself. I can see that the gameplay could be really good- if it wouldn't be stuttering as much as it does.
Last year's FIFA had it's own share of problems but at least it ran stable for the most part. How can you ask money for a game that is not even playable in a normal manner? How can you go from a decent optimized sports game into this?
I've read tons of forums online about this issue and i have never seen a fix or even an apology from EA, this just shows how little they care about their pc-community. I know this post will not change anything in terms of EA's acting, but at least i hope to warn other potential EAFC buyers. Just stick to FIFA23, it's way smoother and has no input lag unlike EAFC. Some other pc bugs that have been around for as long as i can remember but never get fixed:
- Not being able to connect xbox controller wirelessly, without it tripping out completely. Been around over multiple releases, and EA was never bothered to fix it.
- When navigating menu's with wired controller, mouse suddenly awakes and clicks and scrolls throughout your menus forcing you to move the mouse cursor out of the way, only for it to do the exact same thing within 5 or 10 minutes. Yet again been around over multiple releases, and EA was never bothered to fix it.
- Launch problems for FIFA23 and other editions where the game doesn't start from EA app and forces you to manually go into the game files to delete and redownload the anticheat program. The game doesn't tell you this by the way, good luck doing research for a few hours!
- Technically not a bug but shame on you for releasing on of the worst optimized triple A game i have seen for a long time, to the point that it ruins the fun of it.
EA must be aware of these issues for sure as i have seen tons and tons of articles, videos and forum posts on it. Every developer has it flaws ofcourse but EA chooses not do to anything about it which is the bad part. Definitely on the worst gaming companies out there for sure. This post is just purely to complain and let the world know how bad this company is, in case you didn't know yet.
