EA FC 24: Account banned in 2021, still unable to play online

Hi, 

as you can read in the title, I bought a FIFA 21 PC copy in 2021, I played a few weeks and my account was banned for some kind of non-lecit credit traffic (that I NEVER did by any means. At the time I opened an appeal for my ban, but it was useless).

Now, today, I buy a copy of the new game, EA FC 24. With my big surprise I find my account still banned! Different games, 2 and a half years later, but the ban is still on.

I am very frustrated.

I opened another appeal, but I am not very confident.

I paid money for nothing.

How can I solve this issue, or at least get my money back?
