If you received a code that is not redeemable in your PSN Account region, then we won't be able to swap the codes out.
Only players from the US or UK are able to participate. If you changed your EA Account region, to receive a code, there is no option for us to provide you with a new one.

@EA_rephii It does also say that the code is "invalid" when I try to redeem it on the ps app. Could that play part in my code not working?
