I have just recently started playing in the tournament mode against other players, I won my first one and was hopeful that I would enjoy this tournament mode afterwards.Unfortunately my gaming experience in these has been ruined severely, the last 4 tournaments I have entered in, I have queued up against another player only to be disconnected from the game before kickoff even begins and be given a loss in the tournament. Tonight’s tournament was the one that really frustrated me, I played in the 11:15 PM EST Atletico Madrid Tournament and had gotten myself to the Semi Final after beating 3 good opponents on the way. Only to enter into the tournament to be instantly eliminated by someone who force disconnected me. I figured the first time was an error, but this has happened four consecutive times and it is extremely frustrating. Please provide a method of reporting people who disconnect others from matches which do not require in game menus with player lists. Additionally, I have all of the evidence from the tournament brackets if that is required by an EA Rep.

I have the same issue, every time I am in the tournament final I get a message "connection lost" and my opponent wins every time, this happened three times in a row today.

This is frustrating losing whenever I enter the final match without playing the match.

This is happening to me as well and it looks like EA Support Team is not taking any action. This is a glitch which my opponent is using to get the free win without even playing the game.

That's been happening to me too, and I'm certain it's not my internet. It only happens on fc tournaments and it happens so often.

They are not connection issues. Players exploit the game to disconnect their opponents in order to win free FC points. Please either fix this exploit or tell the community how to stop it. I have multiple videos of disconnects happening with a perfectly fine connection that I am more than willing to send.

That's the thing @EA_Darko this issue is now widespread and it comes in different forms with the same result and message of loss . The tournaments is a great idea if only it could be played fairly until the end. I brought 2 separate cases with screenshots and a long detailed explanation following the steps outlined in the forums. After someone answered back, it went nowhere.
It seems to be more and more frequent with tournaments now being every 2 hours but EA is clearly doing nothing about it while as shown in this thread putting the blame back to the paying customers .
All you have to do is google EAFC + playstation tournament, and the first thing you'll see associated is glitch. Or how about trying to play multiple tournaments in a day and see what happens? This is not a connection issue specially when so many are reporting it. It doesn't happen in other online competitive games but EAFC. It's a shame.

I believe I have found the method for doing this glitch... Of course, I cannot post the person who has shown it due to EA's forum policy. However, the method is very simple and now documented on YT and it shows undeniable proof that it is not a connection issue but an exploit. If anybody at EA is serious about stopping this, get in touch with me so that we can make these tournaments playable again.
