Ea fc 24 pre load

Just contacted EA Support. They said we won't be able to download it until 22 Sep. BS at it's finest, whats the point of "pre-loading it" then

Through the EA Support chat? I have also gotten further information for people who purchased via Steam.

It appears we will only be able to pre-load the game, and in our library it will show up as "Available on 29 Sep".

A friend of mine who gotten Starfield's early access via Steam also had this issue where the Steam Library showed that the game would only be available on it's original date (basically not early access date), but refreshed his Steam app on the early access release date and he was able to play subsequently. Hope that this is the case for EA Sports FC 24.

THIS! If it says that your order is being handled then you can cancel it and pre order the game again after. then you can pre load it.

I preordered the game before the 22 of august it was processing until today then I checked it wasn’t starting so I needed to cancel the order and preorder it again today (21.sep) will i get the UEFA Champions League Ultimate Team™ Hero Player Item or not because I already preordered before the 22 of august. Thanks

@EA_Pulsar I already ask the EA help but I didn’t get any reply yet. When I will get the reply from EA help ? because it’s near the open day for the early access.
