EA FC 24 pre-order time

Hello everyone.

I pre-ordered EA FC 24 on the 23rd of August @ 02:20am GMT+2 on Steam with the intent to get the pre-order benefits before 22nd August.

Going off of this, August 22 @ 09:00pm PT is August 23 @ 06:00am GMT+2 - which means that I should be getting the benefits.

Can anyone confirm if this is actually the case?
