Ea fc 25 account ban

My account have been banned, I’m unable to talk to an advisor because it’s not letting me select a topic, it keeps coming up as no topics available at this time, they transferred banned me last month  but they emailed me saying they had made a mistake and that my concerns was valid, however they decided to ban me 2 days ago and I’m unable to dispute it because it won’t let me do anything..

    Type 'EA App' in the search bar. 
    Click on "See all help topics." 
    Choose the "Manage my account" category. 
    Select "I need help logging in to my EA Account

    If you believe that your EA Account has been banned or suspended by mistake, you have the option to appeal the decision by contacting our Terms of Service team. The only way to contact the team is through email, and you can find the necessary steps to file a dispute in this article.

  • I’ve done that, but it won’t let me speak to an advisor about it, every time I try and speak it, it just comes up morning available at this time, it’s getting ridiculous now, one of the biggest game about and I can’t get through to anyone, I’ve done numerous emails and every time they get back to me it says to click this and talk to someone, but every time I click it, it just comes up unavailable, try another topic, I’ve changed my EA password, I’ve changed my PlayStation password, I’ve changed my codes, I’ve done everything possible

  • Also if I sign out and select can’t  access ea account, when I type my details I’m, it takes me straight back to the main menu, and when I login in, it don’t come up as a option to chat to anyone, so how am I even meant to appeal my ban when I can’t speak to anyone
