EA FC Points and Packs

XBOX user here.

Firstly, I know zero about EA FC. I do not play it, apart from the odd game with my 9-year-old.

I have an Xbox account, and he is a family member.

We preordered and got EA FC a week early. 

He logged in but did not get the points or the packs, and it turns out they have been sitting on my account.

How do I get these points and packs to his account, so he can use them for his own games?

Otherwise, they are just sitting there being unused and the preorder is almost a waste of time.
