EA FC24 ULTIMATE EDITION HELP

I bought the EA FC24 ultimate edition version through Steam, but they gave me the standard version and the standard version appears in the "I have" section, but the ultimate edition version appears in the section I purchased and when I enter the game, I do not have FIFA points and gifts, can you help?
