i don't know if this is normal but every time i try getting the pre load it just says preparing and it sits like that for 5 minutes and then it says "error try again later." am i gonna be able to install EA Fc 24 when it comes out?

Hey @hridharoaxz There may be an issue with your order status if the game download process cannot be started.
