EA SPORTS FC™ 24 game pre-load

Hi all,

If you're having trouble pre-loading the game on your PC, it's worth checking your account's order history. This will help you determine whether your pre-order has already been fulfilled or is still being processed. Please remember that for games offering pre-loading, the payment will be charged on the day of pre-load release. Please make sure your payment method is up to date on your account and that you have funds available.

For consoles, pre-load should be available closer to the release date.

Hello, I do not know why the game does not load, knowing that the money has been withdrawn from the purchase. Does anyone have a solution to the issue? Thank you.

WTF EA!! what kind of company are you running?? I pre-ordered the game, order is at "processing"", i cant download this * game, it's stuck at preparing... i refunded the my order to buy a another coz "There may be an issue with your order status" What kind of Management is this??? Contacting you guys is sooo difficult!!! USING YOUR WEBSITE IS DIFFICULT AF!! IMPROVE EVERYTHING! THIS IS REALLY FRUSTATING!! NEED HELP!!

and how i can fix the problem? i cant ply my pre- order game after 8 day. i cant downloed it.

is the issue resolved? i am getting the same issue for 3 weeks now and no solution available. this kind of things happening with me with all of my games. it says preparing or loading . please give me a solution to it
