EA Sports FC 2024 Beta

To whom it may concern;

I am experiencing an issue with the code that I was sent in regards to EA Sports FC 2024 Beta. I was sent a PS5 code even though I am on a PS4. I redeemed the code, and upon doing so, noticed that the game did not appear neither on my screen or library. Is there any way for the proper code for my device can be sent?

Hey @amilianoooo The allocation of Beta codes depended on the platform you were playing on recently, and once assigned, they cannot be changed. For further information, please refer to this FAQ post.

The thing is, I will be away from my PS5 for a certain period of time. This is the main reason for me using my other console. There is no way for a PS4 code to be sent?
