⚽ game crashes with both players being kicked out of the game and it becomes CPU vs CPU?
🏈 insane matchmaking issues? 4 star teams like Getafe getting PSG, Barcelona all the time??

@recklesstriangle The matchmaking needs an overhaul. I usually play as Liverpool, because it's the team I support, I've played against lower ranked teams and been beaten comfortably off them; 5-0 in my last game against Real Sociadad. The matchmaking should be based on the players individual skill level and not the teams.
The whole game is a mess; Invisible players, pause button not working in some games, penalties given for the slightest of touches, offsides wrongly ruled as onside, offside calls incorrectly ruled as offside, players hard tackling and nothing happens (no advantage, no warning, no card, no free kick).
It's just a dreadful mess, like they've just rushed it out to be ready in time without testing to see if it works properly. If this had been tested properly there's no way it would have been released
@EA_ShepardOne part of the game I really hate is the "pay to win" element. I've seen teams made up of all Icons already which have obviously been paid for because the only way to get any great cards / players is to spend real money on packs.
I know you guys want to make your billions of dollars profit, but at least make it easier for those of us who can't afford to spend real money (I already regret spending $120 to pre order the game) and give the packs won in objectives / challenges / moments a higher chance of great cards.
If someone want to spend to get a really good team they should be able to but i feel like it should base the people they play against around his teams starting 11 but subs dont count because people could easier stick a full sub bench of bronze to get the awful players

@recklesstriangle What is planned in each update we couldn't actually say until those patch notes are released. If it doesn't get fixed, or it is delayed and we say it will be, then that falls back on us. They are looking at a list of things yes. A lot of these are known issues that they are working on, we just cant say when a specific issue will be resolved. That is not up to a CM, that is entirely on the games team for each game.
@EA_Shepard that is one of the most bizarre things I have ever heard. so there are loads of known issues, but no timeline on when they’d be fixed. and yet, EA feels comfortable releasing the incomplete, bug ridden game to consumers who paid their hard earned money to buy the game, looked forward to the game releasing, only to realise the game is not fit for purpose?

This is completely insane… it seems that EVERYTHING in this game have problems or huge complains… I don’t recall such bad reception for a FIFA game… I m playing a career, ultimate level, and it’s now the 5th game in a row I’m conceding 4 or more goals while scoring a crazy amount…. Every attacks turn into a goal
i ve just finished a game I won 9 - 6… opposing team had 98% passing and me o% tackle completed and 0 interception… after 22 games I have 74 GF for 59 GA… I don’t know what to say…there is no fun with this
please tune down the goalscoring and increase defending ability for users and IA
oh, and in the last game, every time IA was taking a corner, one of their players was invisible,,,, for one corner, you just see the ball dribbling all my players and ending up in my top corner 😅
how can you release a product with so many bugs ? Quite frankly, it’s unacceptable for a company of the size of EA…
- @recklesstriangle The matchmaking in seasons is killing the fun for me I play a 3 star team and constantly get matched up against the likes of man city/PSG etc. Initially I thought maybe this was intentional as only seemed to happen when playing a promotion or title game but now it is happening every game.
- @recklesstriangle exactly the same . I wanna play with low skilled teams but always it matches with PSG-Barca-RM , What the heck is this !!!
