EA Sports FC 24 Loyalty 10% Discount Missing

Hi. I can't get my 10% discount on EA Sports FC 24 Ultimate nor Standard Edition although I have FIFA 23 Standard Edition purchased on my account

    Hey @Rabea3,


    The Loyalty discount should be visible to you in the main menu of FIFA 21,22 or 23 🙂

Hello can i still use my Loyalty discount? because i want my 10% off but i dont have ea play. I own from fifa 21 to fifa 23 i played FUT in all of them but loyalty discount doesnt show me
