i want to refund Ea sports fc 24 but i have a lot of problems to contact ea. their live chat doesn't work and they don't respond to emails. I've been contacting them for over a week now please help [CM - Edited title for ALL CAPS]

Contact XBOX/PS, they don’t deal with refunds.

Hi mako,
i have the same problem but on my order history doesnt show any cancel option as it used to be in previous years.
i tried contact ea support but without success and I was already charged on the day I pre ordered.
i should be able to cancel without any problem but i am unable and its such a simple thing.
Can you please help me?

I'm trying to find a way to refund aswell but i guess we can't refund the ultimate edition since it gives you in-game currency. Let me know if you guys can find a way to refund please.

I was able to refund the game after the early-access release. They accepted my request and they say the refund is completed. But I can't see the money in my bank account. So at this point I really don't know what EA is doing.
