slow game laggy game

Not seeing issues with response here @ahmedandeel12 and I was playing a few minutes ago.

Could it be connection issues or input delay that you are seeing?

The responses from EA support often come across as jokes. No offense, but the support team's competence seems to be at rock bottom.

We understand that fixing the game overnight is unrealistic, but a support engineer should do more than just copy-paste useless links or contradict the entire community.

They should collect feedback and share it with the development team, at least this is my impression.

However, this isn't what's happening. Instead, they blame players, and if that doesn’t work, they lock threads and reply with the same useless links.

Congratulations to the support team one more time for doing...nothing?

Issues with connection @all3l33 are something that you need to work on your end. 

If there are connection or server issues on our side then we will communicate it.

Honestly, we need something more useful than the link you keep providing to check our connection. I've already confirmed multiple times that my connection is perfectly fine.

Everyone is complaining about the same laggy gameplay, and I've never seen you admit to any server issues on your end.

***attached connection, just as an information, cause I really don t get how you can blame our connection.

We put up banners across this site @all3l33 and make announcements on social media if the servers are having issues.

If you see issues outside of these then it's something you need to work on from your end to improve your connection.

I won't make any effort to explain this to you because, as usual, you're focused on trying to excuse the bad game and blame the issues on the customers.

Just out of curiosity, since you saw my screenshots showing my connection, what exactly seems to be the issue there?

as a company keep doing what your saying just wait for new fc 25 the loose of of huge number of players due to useless support , the new other company released version beta beta version cleared your issues in there game and script and slow response just wait

So, that's it, right? You can't even uphold your claim of "customer responsibility to fix their connection"

I asked a simple question, backed by real data in the form of a screenshot, about your thoughts on my gigabyte connection. Is this the connection I'm supposed to manage or troubleshoot?

That is why everybody is mentioning the fact that on this forum the support ends before it even starts...
