According to your screenshot, it looks like you got the game. Try to log out on both platform and log back in to see if it appears in the library. Additionally you can clear EA App cache.
If the game still doesn't show, it means we have to wait closer to launch to see it but don't worry, you won't have to purchase the game again. 😉
i puchased the game on steam, went to lunch the game, but then it put me to the ea app, and the fc24 game wasent there, and it said that i have to buy again in the ea app, what am i supposed to do, and i have tryed to clear cache.
- @AlexLB1000 I am having the same issue as you are. I tried many options like restarting the app, uninstalling and installing the app, but nothing worked for me.
