same m8, EA play Pro and Ultimate edition folks are all stuck on the EA app. Early access they said 😕

Im having a problem where i preordered the ultimate edition on steam but i cant open it as my ea app says i do not have access
emailed ea like 2 hours ago and still no response
idk what i can do to fix as i already have done all i can think of
