My friend changed his country to New Zealand to play early. 

He's just messaged me saying there's no edit players or transfer players section offline anymore? 

Can anyone confirm? If they have removed the edit feature then that's even more reason to skip this years!

I usually spend hour moving players around and editing them before starting a career mode :/

Does the 10 hour time start once you start downloading game? Internet slow for me so it could take 1-2 hours maybe 

No only once the game is open 

God I hope they haven’t, I always transfer players around before a career mode or tournament, but surely it’s still in in nonoloko’s face vids he’s on the edit player mode which looks the same as fifa 23, plus why have boots in the game if you can’t give them to players 🤣

The removal of the pre-match cutscenes is an absolute joke. These lot don't have a * clue.

I heard that Electronic Arts is newly branding because its license with FIFA has ended, so I expected a face scan of at least three leagues..

But in reality, there's only one La Liga...

You can edit the players boots etc like you’ve always been able to do. They haven’t changed that. 

When do we reckon SoFifa will update ? If it even will now it’s Eafc, also while disappointed with the minimal faces and the opening cutscenes having gone, this year I am enjoying the gameplay and do think updates will be more frequent. I know he most likely is a fraud but that mertzub guy on Twitter said last year about faces in later fifa 23 updates that obvs never came but the customs he mentioned have all been added to this edition I.e Kvara, Timber, Kolo Muani etc, so I feel these updates he was talking about may be linked to Eafc instead. Probably clutching at straws and wishful thinking but oh well 

Don’t listen to that guy he chats waffle. He got lucky with the additions and then he tried to get even luckier and it backfired… the database should be launched soon hopefully before the full release but they could wait im not 100% sure on that.

yes they have removed lineups etc however there’s other cut scenes like the players walking out before going to the Kick off however this could just be for important games… on old gen consoles you will have walk outs etc so it’s a clear change they’ve made 

I think there will be a big update regarding the prem and it’ll come around October although it is EA so we’ll see. 

Think October is wishful thinking. Probably more like between January-April 😅

Yeah Brentford and Leeds haven’t had anything in a few years. Villa even worse. Nothing since they got promoted. Luiz hasn’t had that haircut in 3 years - he cut it before his old hairstyle and face got released too!

No Porto scans? Why would you bother having a partnership then? They haven't been scanned since 2019/20. The pandemic is over now, 0 excuses.

I'll be vwey surprised if Leeds scans come now. We know that some prem teams we're scanned late in the cycle over the past couple of years. Arsenal, Southampton and the promoted teams we're done last August. Before that late in Fifa 22 cycle teams like Brighton, Chelsea, Liverpool etc we're scanned. Early in the Fifa 23 cycle we know from the Cadiz session that La Liga was scanned. After this I'm guessing the new womens leagues we're scanned and then Juventus late in the year. The fact no prem teams came at launch probably mean they got scanned very late in the cycle. I'm hoping that means that Leeds just made the scanning sessions but we knew by May that they we're relegated. If they we're scanned before May then why aren't they in at launch? If we get prem scans I think the scanning sessions will have been done in July and August. I can see a hand full of prem scans coming around January and then a few missing La Liga scans coming in a few updates before that time. 

I hope I'm wrong and we get tons of prem scans coming in consistent updates throughout the game but I'm certainly not holding my breath. By the looks of scans at launch EA just want to continue to do the bare minimum. Infact less than bare minimum. Bare minimum should be at least scanning partners teams and leagues on a yearly basis 😅
