Is this official? In terms of real faces - I thought this update was going to add a bunch lol.
It is. Company is a joke
EA just being EA. They obviously have the held back serie A scans if nothing else. No reason at all not to add them into the game. Probably add the rest of the Serie A starheads at the end of November and then that will be it until January when we will probably see the promoted teams
My only hope at this point is that Update 6 happens by end of Nov. Not sure if that's even wishful thinking.... I am not sure if Ronaird would know - but I feel like starheads wise this edition has less than last years...or is it just me?

All in all hoping updating 6 brings more. Can't be much less than update 5.

This years game is so frustrating with the lack of playable teams due to a lack of starheads.
I've not been on the game in about a month. I keep playing FM24. I'm waiting patiently for a decent update Di María will finally have her tattoos.
Gotta be honest I don't really enjoy UT but play out of habit (mainly squad battles) similar story though soon as FM is out bin the unsatisfying career mode and dive right into that.

I believe if we don't have an update 6 in November, we will probably only see new faces next year, and possibly not even in January.I believe that the faces of Frankfurt, and those of the Premier League, we will only see next year.What remains are those held back from Italy and Spain. And those retained from previous years from partner clubs.The question of the Celtic and Rangers players intrigues me, were they scanned or not?Because at that point they were already supposed to be in the game.

I am giving it until end of the month. There is probably some rhyme and reason for them not uploading it, but they have the monopoly on the decisions and we can just sit back and enjoy the show...or not. I do believe however that their "golden hen" is the UT and they want to exploit that first in terms of revenue it brings and the users on it - then work on the CM for those that play it that wait. Strategy is everything in a capitalistic market 😉 until FIFA throws them a competitive rival - they have the market share at their disposal.
Absolutely agree. EA is doing such a terrible job on the football simulator. I do not understand what the problem is. They seek to purchase licenses with clubs and championships, they conduct scanning sessions for players, why don’t you constantly add them and update old scans of faces? This is not clear to me... For example, Piatek played in both Hertha and Salernitana... why does he still have a custom face?!
I would understand if you held them back and added them in other series of games, but many face scans do not appear in the game at all...
If it weren't for the covid and the problem with scanning teams, I think you wouldn't have added many of the face scans that appeared that year.
This is a very big problem in your work... As a football fan, this makes me not buy a new game every year...
According to Sofifa Piatek still has a real face tho - was it removed again or something
- @leave_ml It's a custom that was released in a world cup pack years and years ago. It's never been changed to a scan even though he's been at clubs that have been scanned since his custom was added. Just an example of EA being lazy keeping a crappy custom when they're obviously hold on to a scan of him.
- unfortunately, eaSport is only interested in millions (which I don't see a problem with), but every year they create problems, broken career mode, outdated faces, horrible boots, even since 2022 the boots are all disorganized, I don't buy the game anymore since the year 2022. I work with technology and I know that problems exist and will always exist, but you need to respect your consumer, what I don't see at EaSport is exactly that, if I work at eaSport, I would feel embarrassed delivering a game like that.

- I hope FIFA can make an agreement with 2k and make a game that is at least playable. because unfortunately it is not possible to play eafc. I was looking at the model of the players' bodies, they look like bodybuilders, I think EA confused the EAFC with the UFC.
