Hello, I do know that we can start playing the game on Sept 22 (preorder), but is there a chance you can give us some info on the web/ companion app? Thanks,

Community ManagerHello, everyone. What is happening when you try to use the app?
This is constant.. even though I'm in good standing with EA, have my FIFA 23 linked to this, my purchased for ultimate edition on the same account.
I'm lost at what to try next.

That is an issue we're currently investigating.
Make sure you're logging in to the right account. If you played FIFA 23, you can log in to it and go to Customize > Online Settings > EA Account to see the email address you should be logging in with. That is, assuming you're playing FC 24 on the same account you played FIFA 23 on.
A club also needed to be created in FIFA 23 before August 1.

Played the FIFA 23 and bought the FC 24 Ultimate Version!But still can't log in into companion web app...

This means you're either logging in to the wrong account or did not play FIFA 23 before the August 1st cutoff date.
