EAFC24 Manager Career Free Agents

I started a new save this week and I'm not seeing a single world class or world class prospect as a free agent at the start of the new season. 5-star scouts searching all the big countries. Usually get 1-3 world class free agents and 4-7 world class prospect free agents whenever i set up scouting instructions to search for world class and world class prospects the end of the previous season. 

Was this an update or am i missing something? Worked fine on a previous save earlier this year so idk what's going on.
